Kristin:  Joe, what is it about moderating panels that you really enjoy?

Joe:  For me, it’s really personal. I- going back to what I opened with really in this talk- I simply enjoy the energy of a conversation infinitely more than the energy of a speech. And I know there are other people that are the exact opposite and they’re glorious speakers. They’re fabulous at it. It’s just really personal with me and that’s evolved over the years. I’ve just gotten to the point now where I like to engage with people. As a matter of fact, I’m doing a presentation tomorrow and I’m going to open with, “I didn’t bring a speech but I did bring something I want us to talk about.”
